Hardscapes

Bay Area Drainage can install and maintain hardscape features around your home or business. We construct, maintain, repair or install the development of hardscape projects and focus on the architectural, horticultural and decorative treatment of its installation.

From an aesthetic perspective, hardscaping allows us to erect landscaping features that would otherwise be impossible due to soil erosion, or that compensate for large amounts of human traffic that would cause wear on bare earth or grass. For example, sheer vertical features are possible.

Hardscape Materials

Typical hardscaping examples include brick or paver patios and sidewalks, walkways or driveways. Other materials can be used as well such as flagstone and stamped concrete. Retaining walls are often used to create boundaries between hardscapes and earth/softscape landscaping features.

The sound of moving water can often enhance a hardscape. We can install any prefab fountain of your choosing.

What is nicer than sitting around a fire pit on a summer or fall evening in the Bay Area? We can set up or install any prefab firepit in the area where it will be most used.
